When will my order ship?
Items that I have in stock will ship within 3 business days after the order has been placed. The printing is done by a shop in Texas, the order will either be shipped directly from the shop or shipped from the inventory I keep depending on if I have the item in my own inventory.
Can you correct an error made in my address after placing the order?
If you notice you’ve made an error with your address, please contact me right away and I will be able to fix it. The address is the only thing I will be able to fix after the order has been placed. If the order is returned to me because of an error in the address provided, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipment fee.
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
No, currently, I am only offering orders by shipment.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Please contact me if you require rush shipping and I will do my best to ship as fast as I can and add rush shipping. An additional fee will be added for rush shipping. Typically, orders will be shipped within 3 business days of the order and can be expected to arrive 5-10 business days following the shipment.
How will my print be shipped?
Prints smaller than 9x12” will be shipped in a flat mailer protected by a clear bag and backing board, with the print(s) protected front and back by re-used cardboard within the mailer. Any larger format prints will come rolled and protected by a clear bag or a poly bag. With an order of multiple prints, the prints will be separated by acid free tissue paper and protected by the same bag. If your print happens to get damaged during shipping let me know.
If the print(s) is shipped directly from the printer they will be well protected by cardboard and a clear bag. Sometimes, they ship prints in a tube, in the event this happens the print may have a rolled shape but will flatten quickly. You may speed this process along by placing a heavy, flat, item such as a textbook on top while keeping the print in the plastic cover to prevent it from getting dirty.
Can I add something to my order?
If you would like to add something to your order please contact me as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary extra shipments. If the order has already been shipped you will need to place another order.
Can I make a return?
I do not accept returns. Store credit can be considered in special cases, but I reserve the right to refuse a refund.
What if my order is damaged or has not been delivered in a reasonable time?
In the instance that your order is damaged during shipping or does not arrive, please contact me and we can discuss the options.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I am unable to ship internationally, but hope to in the future.
How can I buy an original?
Please contact me if you have interest in purchasing an original and I will be more than happy to send a list of what I have available.
